Looking For...
Owner operators who can utilizing our state of the art app and branded box trucks to conduct local moves. Moving jobs in your area pop-up an app on your smartphone after the lead has been vetted and booked online or by our call center. A typical week consists of 10 - 15 moves.
Requirements:

Private (E-2)
- Most junior rank at Affordable Movers.
- A trainee without any prior moving experience.
- Primary role is to carry out orders issued to them.
- Eligible for promotion to PFC after six months of service.
Private First Class (E-3)
- Start at Affordable Movers with at least a year experience in household moving industry.
- Demonstrate leadership qualities & people skills.
- Good comprehension of stacking and packing a truck efficiently.
- Knowledgeable of disassembly and assembly of household furniture.
- Ability of padding and shrink-wrapping furniture that travels without damage.
- Carries out orders issued to them.
- Eligible for promotion to Corporal after twelve months of exceptional service.
Corporal (E-4)
Serve as platoon lead and move coordinator especially on larger moves. Act as a liaison and sales representatives to insure customer satisfaction. Brand ambassador. Must possess the ability to instill confidence in your team and customers. Maintain a rating of 4.8 stars. Responsible for individual training, personal appearance and cleanliness of trucks, tools and movers. Mange transport of heavy equipment like pianos, hot tubs and safes. Eligible for promotion to Sergeant after 2 years of service.
sergeant (e-6)
- Principal life blood of the company: coordinator, disciplinarian and wise counselor.
- Enforces standards, develops and trains movers in lower ranks.
- Responsible for developing, maintaining and utilizing the full potential of the entire roster.
- Training professional within the unit, overseeing and driving the entire training program.
master sergeant (e-9)
