Moving Made Simple
As required by the Department of Transportation under 49 CFR 375.213, Affordable Movers must provide each prospective customer with a written description of our customer complaint and inquiry handling procedures.
If you need to request a claim form after your move, please contact our Independent Claims Processing Center at 513-450-3222. Their hours are 9 am to 5 pm, Monday – Friday, Eastern Time. (This is a toll call.) Alternatively, you can submit your claim in writing to our office at:

Once you have properly filed your claim in writing and received a determination, you have the right to arbitration of your case. We participate in the AMSA Household Goods Dispute Settlement Arbitration Program.
Arbitration is a dispute resolution process where a neutral arbitrator will resolve your dispute instead of a court. The arbitrator’s decision is binding on both parties. The fee for arbitration is:
